What it does

  • Local technical analysis

    SMA200, EMA20/50, RSI14, MACD, ATR14 and volume, computed in TypeScript. eToro only supplies the data.

  • Safe by default

    A real order requires three explicit flags. Without them, everything is a dry-run.

  • Your whole portfolio

    Positions, balance, PnL and active orders without opening the website.

  • Daily report

    A summary of your portfolio, technical readings and the day's alerts.

Commands

etoro health
Validates environment variables and eToro API connectivity.
etoro balance
Available cash, estimated equity, invested amount, market value and unrealized PnL.
etoro portfolio
Lists positions with prices, PnL and return.
etoro orders
Active or pending orders. Read only.
etoro analyze
Technical analysis of every open position.
etoro symbol <TICKER>
Technical analysis of a single position.
etoro watchlist --symbols TSLA,AAPL
Scans symbols even if they are not in your portfolio.
etoro daily
Daily report: portfolio, technical readings and alerts.
etoro buy <TICKER> --amount <n>
Prepares a buy order. Dry-run unless all three safety rails are enabled.

Tips

  • Keep ETORO_ENABLE_REAL_TRADING=false globally and enable it inline for a single order.
  • Run etoro health right after setting up your keys.
  • Use --provider massive in watchlist if you have a Massive key.
